The safes also offer the Support Beacon, where users can directly request technical help from the safe with a network connection. Available in four models -- the B.Series, C.Series, Q.Series and M.Series -- standard features include a three-level, 300-user capacity; 20,000 lines of audit with reporting; optional Dallas keys; manual drop; and monitored four-door support featuring time locks, delays, 24-hour lockout and armor car capability, according to the company. Most models offer an optional touchscreen upgrade for an enhanced user experience, branding capability, programmable buttons, e-mail reporting and the Support Beacon option.
