DT Research Inc., an information appliances developer, released the MS800 and MS400, two new digital signage appliances in the WebDT Signage System line that are capable of powering content on up to eight and four screens, respectively. The MS800 enables content streaming on two to eight displays, while the MS400 powers up to four screens with digital signage content, the company stated. The new WebDT Multi Screen Appliances offer content blending across screens, and when using WebDT Content Manager software, provide a fully integrated system with 1080p on up to eight screens and multi-zone management for up to 16 zones, according to the company. The devices are powered by the Intel Core i3 processor, with an upgrade option to the Intel Core i5 or Intel Core i7. They run on Microsoft Windows operating systems, and display content files in native resolution to maintain optimal picture quality, DT Research stated.
